Directions:
Mix one scoop of ProSupps Mr. HYDE Signature Pre-Workout with 100-150ml of cold water and consume it 15-30 minutes before exercise. Advanced users can increase the intensity by taking up to two scoops as tolerated. Adjust the amount of liquid to suit your taste preference.
