Definitely couldn't recommend this more - especially if you struggle with high blood sugar for whatever reason. Really good at curbing appetite - especially mid-afternoon if you're a snacker. Will be buying more when this runs out. Really good at being mixed with liquid, doesn't taste like anything, and doesn't have that chalky aftertaste.
