Recommended Use

• Serving Size: Take 1 tablespoon (approx. 15ml) directly or mix into 150–200ml of cold water or your favourite pre-workout beverage.

• Timing: Consume 15–30 minutes prior to cardiovascular exercise or resistance training. On non-training days, take 1 serving first thing in the morning with breakfast.
