Measure the circumference of your knee at the center of your kneecap:

• SM: 26–31 cm

• MD: 31–33 cm

• LG: 33–36 cm

• XL: 36+ cm

Note: Sleeves will feel snug at first and gradually break in. If you’re between sizes, size up for comfort.
