Recommended Use

Mix 1 scoop of EHPlabs Hectic with 300–400 ml of cold water in a shaker bottle. Consume 15–30 minutes prior to exercise. Do not exceed 1 scoop within a 24-hour period, and avoid taking within 5–6 hours of sleep.
