Recommended Use

Mix 1 rounded scoop (approx. 33g) with 300–360 ml of cold water, milk, or your favorite beverage in a shaker cup. Shake thoroughly for 30 seconds. Consume right before bed, or between meals when long periods without protein are expected.

Directions:
Add 1 heaping scoop of Gold Standard 100% Casein to your shaker cup and then pour in 295mL-354mL of your preferred beverage. Cover and shake for 25-30 seconds.
