How It Works

Caffeine anhydrous is a dehydrated, highly concentrated form of caffeine that absorbs rapidly into the gastrointestinal tract. Recommended Use

Take 1 tablet (200mg) with a glass of water approximately 20–30 minutes prior to exercise or whenever a boost of mental alertness is needed. To assess tolerance, begin with 1/2 tablet. Do not exceed 1 tablet in any 4- to 6-hour period, or a total of 2 tablets (400mg) in a 24-hour period. Avoid taking within 6 hours of bedtime to prevent sleep disruption.
