I have used this every time I go to the gym, tastes nice as long as it’s not too concentrated (if you drink it too concentrated it will make you nauseous). I drink it before and during the gym as I usually go for over an hour, and it is a nice kick compared to plain water.

Would definitely recommend Oxyshred in Peach Rings flavour. It tastes exactly like the candy and is so good to drink. It gives me great energy for my workouts and helps me stay focused all day. Best flavour I have tried and I definitely want to try other flavours too.
