Love this product so far. Haven’t been using it for long enough to comment on the fat loss aspect but I find it helps with my workouts drastically, even if I take it in the morning and gym in the afternoon I still have way more energy than before and can always push myself harder. Makes you sweat profusely and feel like you’re achieving a lot more during workouts. Interesting to read the comments that it makes you less hungry though because I find I’m more hungry than usual since taking it.

As title says, I feel so full without eating for a big portion of the day. This means my intermittent fasting is way more successful. The flavour is great too, I love the sweetness of it!

So far I’ve tasted passionfruit and peach rings - both are great! I’m going to give them all a go. Got mango lined up next Happy with the product. I take mine in the morning and it gives you a great energy boost to start the day
