I highly recommend oxyshred! I've used the product for about two weeks, taking one scoop in the morning on an empty stomach and it helped me feel great throughout the morning while I was intermittent fasting. I have only tried the mango flavour but it tastes great so no issues there. There isn't too much caffeine in a serve either (150mg) so I'm not pinging/jittering uncontrollably or anything either. The product mixes well and I have already dropped a 1kg since using oxyshred while so managing my diet. Definitely a product for those looking to lose those extra pounds.

I take it first thing in the morning and it gives me so much energy for the day, I have noticed a significant difference with my mood as well. The flavour I have at the moment is mango and it's delicious it helps me with my sweet cravings :) definitely going to buy this product again!

Link to this reviewThe best fat burner thermogenic/pre workout. It's great to get you going in the morning instead of a coffee or energy drink full of sugar. Then another serving 20 minutes before a work out in the afternoon

Not to mention you can tell it speeds up your metabolism because I'm needing to take a crap almost straight away after use. I'd recommend the passionfruit flavour as its great tasting and easy to go down.
