One of the best pre workouts I’ve ever tried. No jitters, reduced anxiety. It’s honestly help me enjoy working out more which results in better consistency and habits! I purchased the kiwi strawberry, I had a doubt that it wouldn’t work because nothing else seemed to serve me. BUT as soon as I entered the gym after 15 minutes, I did great ! I was so focused & working hard. Which is unsual. I feel so confident going back to back to the gym knowing I have a good source of protein ect. The flavour is also easy to consume and quite yum. Thanks sprint fit. ????
