Directions:
For optimum results take twice daily - Mix 1 scoop with 10 ounces (295 ml) of chilled water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and on training days, consume 15 minutes prior to exercise. Avoid eating or consuming a protein shake within 20 minutes after consumption for maximum absorption.

Not to mention you can tell it speeds up your metabolism because I'm needing to take a crap almost straight away after use. I'd recommend the passionfruit flavour as its great tasting and easy to go down.

I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach while I'm intermittent fasting and it definitely keeps me going until I break my fast at 12pm. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is trying to shred!

Doesn't make me nauseated like other brands like ripped freak or examine black. Definitely got results (with Clean diet+Training hard) - lost 4kgs in first 3weeks. So far so good. Flavour is insanely good. Have tried Guava Paradsise -taste like a yummy Raro drink. And also kiwi strawberry. rate both 10/10. My two fav Flavours So far. Yet to try the rest. Always look forward to drinking it.

Link to this reviewOxyshred is a great product used for 2 months on a good diet and had tremendous results the only thing for me was the taste. it was a little to sour for me and didn't enjoy drinking it have tried all flavours and didn't find 1 i liked however with the results I got from this was well worth it made me feel more awake throughout the day have me plenty of energy i even used it as a prework out hugely recommen.
