This powder is unbeatable! Have personally been using for a year now and haven't changed, mixes great with water or milk and even tastes good with water!

Not only does it have a substantial amount of BCAAs and Glutamine along with a huge hit of protein, but the powder mixes well with either water or milk. I personally favor chocolate with trim milk or water :)

I do get a bit of tingling in my hands, but it goes away once I start exercising. I've been taking it 20 - 30 minutes before my workout as it takes about 30 mins for caffeine to work. I definitely recommend giving this one a go if you haven't tried it before. I got the apple flavour - Love it.
