These are amazing! ?????? I’ve been taking them for 3 months now and staying consistent with them . I noticed within a week of taking these gummies that my nails were growing fast and STRONG (I’ve always wanted long nails but they were always brittle and would break , ouch!) I have long string nails now and It’s amazing (I never believed in vitamins as I’d tried many with no luck until now ??) my hair was growing within a months time I noticed my facial hair and legs were growing back super fast although I was aiming for hair on my head it still made me aware that it was working for my hair as well so I’m pleased. Highly recommend , taste is yum I take them every morning (it’s like a treat) literally taste like lollies and each container last for about a month .
