Recommended Use

Mix one scoop (approx. 25g) with 300–400 ml of ice-cold water in a shaker bottle. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds, then allow the natural foam to settle for 1–2 minutes before drinking. Enjoy post-workout, intra-workout, or anytime during the day for refreshing hydration.
