Rule 1 Roar Pre Workout targets performance through a multi-stage approach. Recommended Use

Mix one scoop with 250–350 ml of cold water in a shaker. Consume 20–30 minutes prior to exercise. To assess individual tolerance, start with half a scoop on your first serving. Do not exceed more than one scoop within a 24-hour period.
