Each scoop contains a solid 375mg of caffeine, 150mg of the stimulant eria jarensis, 250mg of English walnut (juglans regia), half a gram of choline bitartrate, and 200mg of TeaCrine. If you're a stim head, this is definitely the pre workout for you.

This is my favourite pre workout ever, I have been training for 3 years and have tried many pres on the market but nothing compares to this.
