Recommended Use

Mix 1 to 2 heaped scoops (approx. 30g–60g) with 250ml to 500ml of cold water or low-fat milk in a shaker cup and shake thoroughly for 30 seconds. Consume approximately 30 to 45 minutes before bedtime to support overnight recovery. It can also be taken between meals during extended gaps between whole-food nutrition. For a thick, custard-style dessert, simply reduce the liquid volume and stir thoroughly in a bowl.
