How It Works

Creatine monohydrate is the most thoroughly researched sports supplement in the world. Once consumed, it is stored in skeletal muscle as phosphocreatine, an essential substrate required to rapidly resynthesise adenosine triphosphate (ATP)—the body’s primary energy currency during short bursts of explosive movement like sprinting and heavy lifting.

By saturating muscle creatine stores, INRx Creatine Monohydrate delays muscular fatigue, improves work capacity during repeated bouts of intense exercise, and draws water into muscle cells to create an optimal anabolic environment for recovery and tissue repair.

Recommended Use

Mix 1 level scoop (approx. 5g) into 250–300ml of cold water, juice, or your favourite post-workout protein shake. Consume 1 serving daily on both training and non-training days to maintain muscle saturation. For optimal absorption, take immediately post-exercise or alongside a carbohydrate-containing meal. Ensure you maintain adequate daily hydration while supplementing with creatine.
