How It Works

Traditional pump powders rely on powdered glycerol monostearate, which often contains up to 35% inert silica anti-caking agents that cause stomach distress and fail to dissolve cleanly. FSU Nitrum solves this with 20,000mg of pure liquid glycerol. Glycerol functions as a cellular osmolyte, drawing fluids from the bloodstream directly into skeletal muscle tissue to create cellular hyperhydration, delaying exercise fatigue while expanding muscle volume.

At the same time, FSU Nitrum forces vascular dilation through two separate nitric oxide pathways using 3,000mg of NO3-T® Citrulline Nitrate. The L-citrulline moiety fuels endogenous arginine production via the eNOS pathway, while the bonded nitrate ion converts directly into nitric oxide systematically. Backed by 1,000mg of NitroCarn™ (GPLC) to support blood flow and cellular oxygen utilisation, FSU Nitrum creates a relentless, long-lasting pump from your first working set to your last.

Recommended Use

Shake the bottle thoroughly before each use. Take 1 serving (1 tablespoon / 15ml) to assess tolerance, or 2 servings (2 tablespoons / 30ml / 1 capful) for maximum hyperhydration, consumed 20 to 30 minutes prior to training. FSU Nitrum can be taken directly as a shot or mixed into 250–500ml of cold water or your pre-workout drink. Maintain adequate daily hydration and consume an extra glass of water alongside your serving to maximise cellular swelling. Do not exceed 2 tablespoons in any 24-hour period.
